I know Taylor Browne (6'1" - Guard - Gr.9) from Holy Cross is playing up this year with the Sr. squad. An effective slashing guard with 3-point range and good court vision. He will be starting for the double A squad from the Fraser Valley and should be force for them the next 4 yrs. Had a great showing at Basketball BC CP workouts this year playing against the best Jr.'s and Sr's in the province.

Anthony Hokanson (6'3" - Forward - Gr.9) from Kitsilano will be playing JV ball with an always dangerous Kitsilano team this season, also looked good at CP workouts this yr, not looking at all out of place playing with the top players in BC. A strong inside presence with a nice shooting touch from the elbow.

Also Wayne Untalan (5'9" - Guard - Gr.9) from Delview, will lead his JV squad this year as their floor leader, and do-it-all guard. Great range from 3 with an innate sense to pass the ball to the open man, excellent on the ball defense and ability to play passing lanes. Can at times show the ability to single-handily take over games with his scoring and defense, but can also get reckless at times, he'll be one to watch though.

Graham Miller (6'1 - Forward -Gr.9) from Best will be playing JV ball this year. He is another CP player just like Anthony and has a great sense of the game. Looked solid this summer with the provincial team. Is a very long and aggressive player that is solid around the hoop with a decent mid range jumper. He will greatly help a Best team that was atrocious last year. From what I hear he didn't play in their opener though.

Liam Hancock - Terry Fox. Was the leading scoring tonight for Fox against Van College. Was the most noticeable player on the floor for either team.

Micky Bhangu (6'1-6'2). From North Surrey Secondary School. Very versatile and plays the 3 and 4 position. Great power forward in a strong, aggressive post situation or at the small forward spot, easily shooting 3 pointers and jumpers, as well as attacking to the rim. He has achieved the MVP for his grade 8 team as an outstanding player and leader for the team. He is passionate, hard working, motivated and committed. Provides pressuring Defense, great court-vision and is a triple threat, always giving opponents a nightmare match-up. Further experience in many clubs and teams outside school. Easily one of the top grade 9 players around.
