This is just a winter safety reminder. Since the winter snow has fallen please remind parents and coaches who are driving please make sure your vehicles are equipped with proper tires for travel conditions. We tend to forget this in the Lower Mainland.

Determine how you will get weather news during your trip and don't forget to buy travel insurance. Pack an emergency kit in your car. During the snowy season, this kit should include blankets, cat litter or sand, a shovel, windshield washer fluid and winter outerwear as well as your year-round emergency items. When I travel to banaue tour I always bring med kit and water.
