Burnaby South Having a disspointing season last season, the burnaby south team will come out strong next year. Led by G Gino Pabligao and F Nick Garcha the team will be looking great with very a talented group of juniors coming up. Lack of seniors and experience will really hurt them.

Byrne Creek An athletic and experienced group, F/C David Majstorovic and G Brendan Bailey lead a team that can reach the Burnaby finals. Lack of size may hurt them but intense team play and post presence of David M will help the team reach it's goals.

Kitsilano The Blue Demons still have outstanding post play from tank C Luka Zahirejavic. The juniors finished 1st in the city this year. Time will tell if they live up to their potential by reclaiming the city crown or if they can take it further to the provincials.

Churchill After a dissapointing season losing to Kitsilano by only a basket in the semi finals, and becoming one game shy of making it to the big dance, the team's goals will be set to make it a lot further. Many players return from last years team including cut-and-slasher Mindy Minhas, Nathan Holz, Sasha Kosmajac, and Jesse Mushiana. The Bulldogs are the biggest and deepest team in the city that can play a physical game. A favourite to win cities.

RC Palmer Coach Eberhardt has a talented team with crafty star player in G Jamie Madewan and an outstanding three point shooter in G Karn Mann. Palmer falling just one game shy to making the AA provincials last will look to be even better as the two leading scorers return with the addition of juniors Antonio Jhutty and Gurjit Pooni.

King George After an absolute dream run last season, the team won't be as great but will give it a run to the end. Returning key players include George Mija, Akim Zongo, and Tristan Arthurs. The addition of Jacob Juras will help them down in the paint. Well-coached and terrific team chemistry will help the Dragons but lack of depth will hurt them greatly with the loss of Miguel Suarez, Omid Toussi, Kristian Hildebrandt, and Bilal Naqshbandy.

Tupper Tupper's loss of post presence from Cameron Smythe and outstanding guard play from Daniel Kim will cost them greatly as they won't have too much size but an excellent group of juniors will help the team. Coach Gourley's group of Tigers may be quick and agile but lack of size will hurt them. This team will still surprise people.

David Thompson DT impressed and overachieved as Grade 11s during the rebuilding process. Versatile do-it-all G/F Kanwar Grewal needs to be big in the upcoming season for the team to reach the finals and fight for the city crown. With a solid group of juniors coming up the team has a lot of size.

Steveston-London Played as underdogs and overcame many odds while beating most teams in the Richmond district during the season. Made it to the finals but came up short a few baskets to the RC Palmer Griffins. G Kingston Chung and G Carlos Prada are both returning with many other juniors inlcuding Bowen Bakken and Malcolm Lee. Great rebounding and leadership will most-likely lead this team to the finals again.
