The class of 2016 Churchill's team features 3 Drive players (Izaiah Ugoalah, Karn Virk, Harry Liu) and 1 Basketball BC player (Lambert Pajayon) with the four of them leading last year's team to a City and Provincial Championships, what will happen to this year's team with the four of them moving up to play Junior. Will this team repeat? Or would another team win this year?

I don't believe that Churchaill can win the JV provincial because the only strong Gr10 they have is Gary (if he plays JV this yr). Last yr., the Churchill Gr9s did not make the Gr9 Prov. tournament. Churchill JV team this year will be good but will have their trouble with the increase in speed and size that JV ball brings. Churchill first test would be to beat Kits(Anthony, Lucas etc.), which has added couple of new players. Then comes the really test if they get to play VC(well coached, speed, deep team!) and Terry Fox. The jump to JV for the Gr9s might be too much this yr., next yr is theirs to give away....just my observation!
