No offense to Allen but has there ever been a grade 10'all star? If not, what makes Allen your first choice.

If you're going to mention Roderick from SJHS then Why not mention Adam lambert?

Allan isn't a first choice, just worth considering. Roderick is better than lambert but lambert is definetly a good player too.

The southwest has to many good players for those Sussex players to be on the all star list( not saying they aren't good)

I'm not familiar with players from the west so my list would be incomplete and inaccurate.

Nelson from McNaughton made it in grade 9. Age should mean nothing for allstars if you are one you are one.

He was also playing at an A school in grade 9. He didn't make it in grade 10 when he played for MacNaughton.

I like Raymond for an all star played great on weekend .....and Roderick 2.... but could be passed on because of a coach and a team chemistry that is terable few players and a coach maken St John team look bad

The All-Star game is a farce in whole. It's more just a popularity contest than anything else in my personal opinion. Speaking for the girls side, last year there were multiple better candidates that were omitted from the teams just because they weren't in grade 12 or were not part of a BNB summer team especially in the AAA category.

I think that if they truly want to have a credible game a better selection process needs to be put in place.

In grade 10 when he went to McNaughton he played jv for travel reasons pal. But I have no doubt he would have been an all-star that year too given the opportunity.

We will never know will we. But I doubt it, not many grade 10 from AAA have made it. Maybe Tilley 2 years ago, Currie didn't make it last year from a team that won it all.

I'm pretty sure tilley didn't make it in grade 10. I think coach reds statement was no grade 10 make it. I simply stated one grade 9 that did. Regardless of a aa or AAA any other grade 9 that you can name that made it at any level.

anyone with two arms and legs is pretty much guaranteed an All star spot in A and AA. Not much talent in those scrub leagues.
