look..  the favorite in this tourney is putting up 90+ points a game and holding opponents to under 60 per so far.  Tammy is currently averaging 96 pts a game, and Walnut is putting up 83 a game.

Panorama with their great defense and great coaching fell yesterday..  Not taking anything away, hats off to them and full marks for taking down SWC, but defense or not, they NEVER had enough firepower to win it all.  Yesterday the clock struck midnight for them.

3/4 teams remaining have an elite scorer that can get his own shot and create for teammates, AS WELL as lock down on the other side.

you can cherry pick the results all you want, but the fact is, the champion is going to be a team that can play at a high level on both ends.    whether in a particular game, these teams happen to execute both offensively and defensively to their full potential is a crapshoot, we are dealing with 16 and 17 year olds after all. hopefully by saturday this fascination you have with offensively challenged teams will end.
