Any thought on who will be the stronger teams from the AA schools?

I'm only throwing teams out there. Please add if you think there are some missing.

Island: Lambrick Park returning players and strong jrs,
SMU returning players and strong jrs,
Shawnigan a couple returning players with good coaching.

Okanagan:
Southern Okanagan most are returning and will be top team in province this year.
Clarence Fulton lots of returning players from provincials run.
Princess Margaret looking to build on provinicial experience
Sahali???

Fraser Valley:
Holy Cross: almost entire team returning. Should make improvement on last years provincial experience.
Mission: very strong jrs and returning a couple
Southridge: Loses top players but strong jrs and a couple returners.
GW Graham: Lost best players but some fiesty guards to compete.
Archbishop Carney: most returning players. Should be tough.

Kootenay:
LV Rogers...dont they always get out of their zone? Not sure about this region.

Howe Sound: Seycove will get back to provs???? Not sure about this region

North: Columneetza lost alot but should still be competitive. Perhaps College Heights???

North West: Prince Rupert has a firm grasp of this region and should be the team to beat from there.

Anyone else have some input?????

SOSS will be very good. They had 2 guys who were quite good last year returning one of whom was a grade 10 man child, who made U16 provs this past summer. There was a third guy who was decent/good, but after that...

Sa-Hali is returning 9 grade 11s. Three starters, one who sat out provincials, a fourth grade 11 who was their second leading scorer, etc.

They're both gonna be two of the TOP teams in the province, AA.

Don't count out Fulton, they always compete no matter what...and PMS, really?

I'm throwing together what I think the pre-season rankings should look like based on provincial finishes last year, returnees, junior provincials, provincial team players, etc.

Brit will be good again, I know they lost Semir, but Ibrahim is back and so is Osaro Obaseki.

PRSS will not be nearly as good as they were this year, and they vastly underachieved. Verde will be their only guy.

Lambrick will be quite strong, being practically all grade 11s last year and having a good junior crop coming up.

SMUS will also be strong off the island, with a great junior crop and some decent grade 11s.

Ladysmith, one way or another, will be back after falling off the map for one year. I don't know if Steele has ever been out of provincials two years running in recent memory.

I forgot about the Lower Mainlands

You are right about Brittania. They wont be as deep as last year but very tough. 2 solid players to lead.
I heard that STM is moving to AA. Watch out for them as well as Notre Dame. Both will be improved and strong.
From Richmond.. Hugh Boyd has some strong returners and McMath could be a force as well.

If Palmer plays AA look for them to be the team to beat. It will be interesting to see what they do this year.

St. Thomas More - the last time they were at AAs was when Denny Dumas was grade 11. They went AAA for his grade 12 year, I believe...

Close to putting up a completely speculative AA ranking for this year.

I'm putting together one based on my own research and speculation, nothing official.
