So I guess based on the season play the rankings so far should be as follows:

1. St Pat, 4 wins, Points For minus Points Against (176)
2. St Pete, 4 wins, (117)
3. Samuel Genest, 4 wins, (88)
4. Louis Riel, 4 wins, (78)
5. Bell, 4 wins, (66)
6. Earl of March, 4 wins, (58)
7. Merivale, 3 wins, (86)
8. Mother Teresa, 3 wins, (66)

Any thoughts?

It's hard cause some of these teams have also lost games to others in tourney play. Matchups seem so key this year as Brook is only 2-2 but beat EOM by 20 in the final of the Tiger/Spartan tourney. Can't argue it a ton right now, I think we'll know alot more as these top teams join up into divisions and play each other after the XMas break.

I think we should really not rule out Ashbury. They should be right up there in the top 5. Very disciplined basketball, and great transition game.

Don't sleep on Brookfield. They're coached well, and have a couple of decent big men. They'll get better, and eventually become a tough out.

no disrespect to Brook but they are 2-2 and won't beat St Pats or Hill so even if they win the rest of their games, they're 3rd at best and I would think not even that high.

They sit in their 2-3 zone and any team that can shoot will knock them off. Still, they have a stud big man in the middle to creates issue and a slasher on the outside to create as well, just don't see them topping St Pat or Hill and that means major problems when they cross over in the playoffs.

Obvioussly still a strong enough team, just not at the top given some of their issues.

New top 10

#1 St Pat
#2 LR
#3 Ashbury
#4 EOM
#5 St Pete
#6 St Matt
#7 Hill
#8 Bell
#9 MT
#10 Lester B

wow, only 3 west teams and not sure that Bell or MT deserve to be in there, EOM certainly does. The east really is the power in juniors this season!!

so with it being top 4 in each division crossing over what does it look like as of today?

EOM vs MT
Bell vs Mer
Wood vs St Joe
WC vs Desl

Pius vs Matt
Pats vs Petes
Brook vs LR
Ash vs LBP

obvioussly it is still early and some games are missing but some teams that think they should be in the playoffs with perenial contenders Hillcrest in the east and SH and SRB in the west are on the outside looking in. Add to it that the East with Ash as a 4th seed seem very very strong given their win vs LBP in the Mer tourney and LBP being the #1 seed atm in the far east.

should be interesting after the exam break with some major games to be played and alot on the line with little to no practices being done for a week for alot of teams.

If a team loses in the first round of tier 1 playoffs, how many players do they send to allstar?

probably one player but maybe two. there are so many teams in tier one and tier two that it would almost be impossible to run a practice/tryout with more than that.
