Ya heard they had a good run 6-0 and beat St. Joes best team in Cornwall, Frontenac best team in Kingston and 4 Top 10 city teams in Immaculata, LBP, Ashbury and St. Pats in the finals. St. Peter's won the junior final, heard they played well and are the team to beat. |

| LBP won the Cougar Classic on a three pointer with 3.1 seconds left in the game to defeat St. Matt's who had been up by as many as ten throughout the game. There were some tight games throughout the entire tournament, including Timmins defeating Colonel By with a last second layup and St. Pius winning over Gisele Lalonde after being fouled on a three-pointer with no time on the clock to come back and win by one. |

| The St. Joseph tournament (52 teams) is the first weekend back after the break and the National Capital Classic is the first weekend in February. |

| All of the coaches were sent an email invite to the National Capital Classic by the convenors (Ridgemont coaches) about three weeks ago. There have been no announcements as to who has confirmed as the tournament is still two months away. |
