good job!
I think that Karn's rankings were more accurate and I can't wait for part 3.

I can see that the effort is there but cmon man! Pitt at three really!? Kelowna at two they beat VC once but that's it! Vc is still number 1 hands down. Who has WRCA even played tweedsmuir? No wonder they are unbeaten! Kits did lose to burnett but they also beat pitt twice by double digits. Where is mcmath? Chruchill and Kits should be higher with out a doubt! Like WRCA Walnut grove has not proven anything either! Smus has also beatan VC give credit to your own team for gods sake. All in all this ranking makes no sense! Atleast karns was accurate.

Offensive Rebounder:

I don't see you putting your neck on the line to come up with any sort of ranking system or list.

Provincial final standings mean more than the rankings on January 26th. If you don't agree with them, keep it to yourself.

well offensive rebounder... WRCA just beat churchill 54-47. I would say churchill is a pretty solid team. WRCA shot really bad, and they were missing a starter. Plus they got a lot of offensive rebounds so you cant hate on that either.

I think Mcmath should defently be a top 10 team, and Churchill should be around 7 and kits maybe 6. Walnut deserves to be there for the time being. As for WRCA, we will see how they do this weekend to see if their ranking is justified. But well done rankings!

I wasn't trying to "hate" I was just saying that wrca has not beatan many top teams, but I guess that win over churchill is a sign that they are the real deal, but I do think that VC is better than them and wrca should be number 2.
Mikeyb: here is my take on things;

1. Vancouver college
2. WRCA
3. Walnut Grove
4. Kitsilano
5. Pitt Meadows
6. Wj mouat
7. Kelowna
9. Churchill
10. Mcmath
11. Burnaby South
12. SMUS

Offensive rebounder/Coach fabio: Why dont you take the rankings at face value and move on. Like MikeyB said focus on the game and final standing is what matters than this. Repetitive objections wearing everyone off. Someone said "When you blame and criticize incessantly, you are avoiding some truth about your agenda".

I believe pitt should be placed above Kelowna. Pitt beat kelowna at the south kam tourny by 20 points. Then they went and lost by 2 points without their best player, Luis Camerena. With him they would of won with ease!

I'm sure every team has had losses throughout the year when they've been missing 'key' players. Its tough enough to do rankings based on wins and losses, its impossible to base rankings on what lineups teams are starting or what 'key' players they're missing. Kelowna was missing 2 of its starters in the first game against Pitt, but it would be presumptuous to say they would've won if they had them in the lineup, as it would be to say Pitt would've easily won their 2nd game against Kelowna with their missing player in the lineup.

Its comical when people on this board start spilling out excuses for why their team suffered a loss, I'm sure every team could come up with various excuses for a loss if they wanted. I think it would be best if the debate on rankings was left to wins and losses, rather than who suited up and who didn't. Its obvious there's no dominant team this year and not a lot of separation among the teams in the top 10, should make for an interesting provincial champioship.

Exactly! A loss is a loss, people need to stop making excuses!

People also need to stop comparing themselves to a teams they played weeks ago - like Team A beat Team B in the first week of December so Team A should be ranked higher at the end of January!

Rankings are from the last poll to the current poll - that's it. Not what a team was like weeks back but what they are like in the here and now.
