Richmond Finals

Mcmath defeats burnett 57 to 50 in overtime. In a packed house at burnett the junior boys final was the most electric game in the city this season. A game which featured many runs mcmath jumped out to a 9 point lead at half. Burnett took advantage a two point lead in the 4th quarter with 26 seconds left when andrew mccaskill hit a base line jumper with 12 seconds left to the send the game to overtime. In overtime mcmath jumped out and scored the first 5 points an burnett was forced to foul and the wildcats iced the game with free throws. One of the greatest atmospheres and games I have ever been apart of both teams played their hearts and wish both teams best of luck next week at the v n d championships.
