Has any information been released on these yet? Are they happening? Where and when? Who's playing?

What all-star game? Never even knew there was one. Are you talking about an all-star game for BC? There was one last year which was hosted at UBC and I think it was for the HSBC. Or are you talking about Richmond, Surrey, Vancouver, etc all-star games?

There is an All-Canada all-star game, a BC all-star game, Okanagan all-star game, Vancouver all-star game, etc.

Never heard anything about the BC All-Star Game, Vancouver All-Star Game, Okanagon All-Star Game, etc. Are you sure they are happening because the season has ended a while ago for most teams and there should have been some imformation released.

There's an all-star game every year in UBC War Memorial Gym, usually takes place in April. Last year's game was quite exciting, it was a close game to the end. If you're interested in last year's rosters, check out the following link:

The BC All-star game is on Saturday April 9 at UBC. Pitt Meadow's Coach Rich Goulet organizes it - and he's done this for I believe for more than 20 years. He might even be the one that started it.

There is also an Island All-star game - it goes Saturday April 2 @ St. Margarets in Victoria.

Note - the "AAA" seaosn ended last Saturday night and the "A" & "AA" season ended less than 2 weeks ago. Can't have the BC All-star game until all levels are done.

The other Richmond Schools can put an all-star team to go against Palmer....and Palmer might still win the game

[quote="gobirds"]Who do you think will be in the BC all star game? lets hear some teams and starters[/quote

I couldn't come up with 12 players per team, but this is what I came up with so far. I found it difficult to come up with 4's and 5's seeing this year seemed to be dominated by guards.
Who else can make it?

Team 1
Vijay Dhillon - Palmer
Bret MacDonald - Terry Fox
Warren Liang - Tupper
Gurminder Kang - Mouat
David Wagner - South Kam
Perry Aulkah - South Okanagan
Jason Mackee - Dover Bay
Nakai Luyken - Yale
Vincent Tolentino - Van College

Team 2
Billy Cheng - Palmer
Malcolm Williams - Pitt Meadows
Reiner Theil - Van College
Ranjodh Hare - Palmer
Kai MacGrath - Kelowna Christian
Ater Degal - Burnaby South
Scott Hind - Terry Fox
Edvin Malushaga - Kits
Larry Blyth - Walnut Grove

hm, good list, but I think Zayas, Cheng, and Dhillon will all be invited. Hare might be as well.

and players from the same schools usually play on the same team.

I guess your right about the Richmond game. It would just be Palmer killing it in that game. Does anybody have info about the Van all-star game?

What good comes out of saying Edvin isn't that good to be an all star ? Last time I checked he was the best offensive player in the lower mainland, he may not be as good as the other kids but he is definitely good and talented. Also, double a does not have their own, they're combined with the aaa all-star game.

K let me rephrase that edwin is overrated if he was such a great scorer why couldnt he get his team into the maindraw of the provincials hes a good shooter but put a good defender on him and hell get locked down the big guy from mouat id put in over him and daniel edwards , jordan blackman or julian from charles best

Is this game even happening this year? I thought every city had an all-star game? Does anyone know that actual information about this.

Anyone know if there is a roster for the Surrey All-star game? Is there one this year?

If BC all-star is 24 players then Harp Grewal (fleetwood) was impressive at provincials. Gagan Sahota (Tamanawis) should also be considered. Both teams had a decent showing at provincials.
